Vacancies At The Growler
At The Growler we are generally always looking to fill positions that have become vacant or once team members have moved on. We like to think we provide and encourage a happy workplace where you can actually enjoy coming to your work! We make sure everyone is looked after best we can, we make sure you eat and drink, we make sure you get breaks where possible and we keep paying you through any breaks. And we pay weekly! It is important to us that everyone who works for us enjoys it.
It is also important to us that our customers enjoy their visit and leave with the overall feeling that they have had great service by happy people and that the food and drink was pretty good too. That way they’ll come back again and maybe tell some friends too.
All levels of kitchen team required from dishwashers and Kps, Larder to Sous chefs as well as all levels of FOH team too, baristas, floor staff, cocktail shakers and pint pourers. Our hours of opening differ at each venue but are 8am - open and some close 12 midnight, so some nights, weekends and early mornings.

Functions
Given Social distancing guidelines there may be some functions we can’t accommodate. Please get in touch to discuss.
We’d like you to come and say ‘goodbye’, ‘hello’, ‘well done’, ’surprise’, ‘congratulations’ or just even ‘what’s happening not seen you in ages’ with us. Let us look after your Gatherings and Get Togethers.
We have a long table with benches banquet style that can seat up to 20 or a high square table that take up to 8 around which you can enjoy some really cracking food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We like to call it ‘The Boardroom’. We stock fantastic wines from Corney and Barrow, a wide range of craft beers from all over the country, fresh lobster from a gentleman who shall to remain anonymous, and simply the best beef around from Sorn Mains Farm. Oh and our coffee is simply the best.
We’ve put together some ideas below but we can tailor things to whatever you want.

Buddy Breakfasts
Come have your breakfasts with us. Have a working breakfast. Get out the office for a bit and do things like they do in New York and Boston.
Book a buddy breakfast with us for 6 or more and we’ll pick up the tab for your coffee.
Wings and Craft
Book your get together with us and enjoy some of our wings (flavours) and a glass of any of our craft beers for £8.95.
Or why not come sit down with our head chef Richard and he’ll write a menu round what you are looking for. He’s spent 10 years in New Zealand so he’s got some really fresh and healthy options as well as seafood and Asian dishes for you to choose from.

At The Growler, we aim to provide quality healthy food in cool quirky surroundings with an amazing beer tower pouring 13 different beers. From out there craft offerings to old favourites from all over the planet in loads of different sizes so you have room to try them all including 3 or 6 sample boards. You can even take some home in your very own Growler!
We are about draught craft beer, top notch classic cocktails, perfectly served craft spirits, and comfy easy food. Burgers, Steaks, Lobsters and Seafood to Noodles, Ramens and Superfood Salads with artisan Bread and award winning Ice Cream all served in our usual fast, friendly and efficient manner.
